Black Boots Minnesota Ren Fest Adventure

General Info:

Saoirse is organizing a Black Boots Renaissance Fest trip, anyone is invited. We will be going the first weekend of the fest, August 16th-17th.

We are hoping to have at least 10 people join the trip, so we will plan to purchase tickets at the gate the day of ($22.50 per person per day with the group discount).

Some people will be traveling up the Friday before the weekend and heading back the Monday after, to get settled in and have some extra sleep, but you are free to do what works best for you.

The wonderful Mikey has offered to drive the group to and from their campsite/ hotel and the ren rest.

To make this as easy on him as possible, the hotel and campsite dropoff/pickups are bellow
- Hotel: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eagan, 3434 Washington Dr, Eagan, MN 55122
- Campsite: Minneapolis Southwest KOA Holiday, https://koa.com/campgrounds/minneapolis-southwest/
- Departure times for the Saturday and Sunday will be confirmed the day before

Everyone will be responsible for:

Making their own transport arrangements to get down there and back up, Mikey is only driving the days of Renfest

Booking their own accommodation. If you want to be a part of Mikey’s pick ups/drop offs, they will only be at the locations listed above

Paying for your own food, tickets, and chosen campsite or hotel
